WELCOME TO NEWTON LODGE MANAGEMENT

This site has been setup to help communicate to our residents important information and updates on the estate.

We will endeavor to keep you abreast of improvements that are being made to the estate through this site (plus email and letter when required), and also provide you with information you may find useful such as proposals and relevant items discussed at director’s meetings and AGM Minutes. We also want to encourage dialogue from shareholders to submit suggestions, concerns, queries or items of interest to this website for all to see and for the directors to respond to.

ABOUT NEWTON COURT

Newton Court, which is a unique, quiet, friendly and harmonious backwater is set in delightful gardens, formerly the grounds of Newton Lodge, yet close to the exciting city of Leeds. The estate was established in the 1960’s and comprises of 45 two and three bedroom apartments and enjoys large lawned grounds and is surrounded by superb mature trees which shield the estate from neighbouring houses.
